This Way to Your New Home!
Moving to Clark County is a pleasant and efficient experience when you use the services of The Management Group, Inc.  We have the largest selection of houses, condos, plexes and apartments in Clark County.
 
Our properties are well managed, well maintained and well priced.
 
On our website, the property listings are updated twice, daily!  We have property listings that are in all stages of readiness, to best accommodate your move in date.  We have properties that are ready NOW; rent ready for you to move into.  We have vacant properties that will be ready soon, just after our Maintenance Service Division has done the turnover work to make your new home enjoyable.  The Occupancy Date is when we estimate the property will be ready to have keys available to check out.  We also list properties that are new on the market so you can have the most advance notice of upcoming properties.  Each TMG managed apartment community also can assist you personally by our on-site managers.  Please contact them directly to arrange a tour!
 
To view properties ready Now, please visit our office, with current photo ID, to check out a key for 24 hours.  After a drive by of the property, if you are interested in viewing a home that is currently occupied, please submit your current photo ID to our office, so that we may contact the current occupant to schedule a showing date and time.
 
Please select a property to apply for online or in our office and submit your application.  Expect to be “credit approved” or not, very quickly.  As soon as you are, you may pay the deposit to hold, in guaranteed funds, to secure the property for yourself.  This will hold the property 5-7 days for you.  We have good quality homes and they are quickly rented, so please do not hesitate!
 
Please be aware that if you are looking to move soon, we need a minimum of 2-3 business days to fully approve your application and have the lease preparation completed.  Additionally, for those with immediate needs, we do offer an Express Application Service, for an additional $300.  We will expedite your application and schedule your lease signing within 8 business hours.  Please be prepared to pay the full month’s rent and all pet deposits/fess in guaranteed funds at move in.  You will pay the prorated amount the first of the following month.
 
If you have submitted an application on a property and it doesn’t work out or you change your mind, please know that your application is valid for 90 days.
 
For our current tenants looking to move to something larger, smaller or just a different area, do not forget your application fees are waived.  Be sure to have fulfilled your current lease obligations and are in good standing.
